  • We ship within the United States only at this time.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited options (if available) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow reasonable time for claims processing.
