Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened bags.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

If your package was damaged in transit, please provide photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
